  I was nervous to find a new dentist when I moved, because I've heard so many horror stories from friends. I was told about Dr. Warner's practice and I'm so glad that's where I ended up! Everyone who works in the office is so personable. My hygienist, Cynde, is wonderful, awesome and a joy. She has a finesse I didn't know existed in the dental industry. Dr. Warner and Cynde are always sincere when they ask about my life AND my mouth. I'm trying to think of anything other than praise so this is a complete review, but I can't come up with anything that I would change. I mean, seriously, the chairs even face huge windows and look out at trees, birds and squirrels. I've never had a scheduling issue or an overcharge. They're amazing and if you don't love your dentist, you should try mine :)

  I went more than 4 years without seeing a dentist. I randomly found ECD last year and scheduled an appointment. The office is clean, everyone is friendly, and the service was excellent. Lane is the absolute BEST! I love this place!!!

  My wife and I have been with East Cooper Dental for three years now and we love it. The service is always timely and very courteous. The dentists are not pushing you to buy products or get an operation you don't need, which I experienced at my previous dentists. Everything is very professional.   Appointment scheduling, check-in, and check-out are a breeze with Shannon and Carol. Lane is the best teeth cleaner around. Dr. Courtney Michelson completely fixed my bite alignment in about 30 seconds.

  Recently I needed a root canal. I did an internet search for top dentists in the Charleston area. Dr. Warner and about four other names came up. To narrow the search I went to each of the doctors website. After reading the reviews by Dr. Warner's patients I made my choice. His patients loved him and his staff.   Staff was very professional. Were straight forward and to the point which I can appreciate. Did everything I asked for, and made sure I knew my options. I haven't been to a dentist in 15 years but because of my experience with them I think I will be going back to them every 6 months whether I need to or not just to make sure Im taking care of my teeth.

  Let's just say that I've been going to the dentist since.... well, since I've had teeth. Do you ever have that experience where you're in the dentist's chair for a cleaning and find that you're white-knuckling the armrests? Well, I'm happy to report that Marta is the most gentle and conscientious hygienist around, and I was relaxed. RELAXED, I tell you! Dr. Warner is also great at delivering advice without overly admonishing his patients. Yes. I get it. I need to floss more. Anyway - great experience.

  When I finally found a dentist I could trust it was such a relief after moving to Charleston in 1996. It took me a few years to get to Dr. Warner but he has been my dentist for over 13 years now. We have been through a lot together and there is nothing this Doctor can't do exceptionally well! He has done a gorgeous job with my veneers and made the experience easy for me as a patient. I have been getting my teeth cleaned by Cynde for over ten years and I always look forward to it. She's very thorough and has a gentle touch. She'll even put on whatever kind of music you want to listen to! Not only does East Cooper Dental have an extremely knowledgeable and professional staff but the office is very clean and nice. They even give me a toothbrush when I arrive to brush up before my appointment begins if I request one. This is nice when coming straight from work. I also am without dental insurance and find they make things very affordable for me!

  Professional, timely, kind and friendly. Was great with my young daughter and equally as kind to me. If you want a blacksmith, this is not the place for you. Dr. Warner and his staff are true professionals with the latest equipment and techniques. Highly recommend him and his staff.

Honestly, East Cooper Dental is the best I've ever visited! And on top of all that - the hygienists are remarkable; kudos to Martha and Anna, who went out of their way to make my visit comfortable, and both had the answers to all my nervous questions.   I am a very picky person, especially when it comes to doctors, dentists, and the like. When I find one I like, I stick with them. I have high standards for quality of service and won't give my business to anyone or any place I don't feel comfortable. I've been a patient of Dr. Warner's for quite some time now, an wouldn't consider going anywhere else. He's a really nice guy, great demeanor, caring, and most importantly, excellent at his craft, There's never really a wait, and the staff are very friendly and professional. I can truly say that I love everyone there and have zero negative things to say about Dr. Warner or Dr. Kotz and the staff. On a side note, Cynde Austin my Dental Hygienist there, is the ONLY ONE I would see. Not because the others aren't great, but because she does exceptional work, is WICKED AWESOME, and I actually look forward and enjoy going to see her each time. She's more than my Dental Hygienist, she's a friend, and that says a lot about her and about the entire staff. Dr. Warner is a very cool guy as well, and I did get to meet Dr. Kotz, a recent addition there, and was equally pleased and impressed with her. If you want DENTAL EXCELLENCE & AMAZING SERVICES FROM FUN, COOL & PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, THEN LOOK NO FUTHER. I will never go to another dentist/dental hygenist as long as I live here in Charleston.

  Let me start by stating that I HAD an extreme fear of dentist. I used to force myself to go 1st thing in the morning because if I didn't, I would chicken out and cancel my appointment. I can actually say that I WAS not scared of anything more than a dentist.  I still have underlying anxiety of the dentist, but not Dr. Warner's office. With that being said, I love Dr. Warner and his staff. They are all incredible, knowledgeable and make me feel extremely comfortable.

  Due to being a non-traditional student, and other unexpected factors in life, I managed to avoid the dentist for the better part of 10 years. I had lots of catch-up work to be completed and Dr. Warner set forth a realistic treatment plan, in accordance with my insurance coverage, budget and schedule. Not once did I feel I needed to obtain a 2nd opinion.

  My teeth have never looked and felt better. I've never felt more comfortable going to the dentist, actually looking forward to my next cleaning and completing my total treatment plan.

  His staff is great. The dental hygienist speaks to me every visit, regardless if I see her for a cleaning or not. The other dental assistants are wonderful and very gentle and hospitable; As is the entire office. Dr. Warner treats his employees with the utmost respect in my presence. (And I listen when their not, because how a boss treats their employees is a clear indication of their total business practice.) East Cooper Dental Excellence is the total dental package!

  The office atmosphere is modern, yet local. My all time favorite photo of the Angel Oak is mounted in his lobby. Plenty of magazines to read, but there's never a wait, so don't bother picking one up. Finally a Dr./Dentist that makes appointments and keeps their scheduled times! The office is spotlessly clean, extremely well kept, but not not have that eeky dentist/hospital smell/feel.

  I will remain with Dr. Warner for as long as I live in the Charleston area. Life-long patient.

  I just recently moved to Charleston and was hesitant on how to go about finding a dentist that would work for me. I found East Cooper Dental online and was more than pleased with my first experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My dental hygienist Heather let me know what she was doing throughout the cleaning process and made sure that I was comfortable at all times.   This is the most amazing dental office and staff I have ever met! Cynde is truly an amazing hygienist. The doctors and staff are always up to date on all the latest and greatest procedures, products and information on new treatments. From the reminder calls and flexible appointment times to entering the front door always greeted with a hello and a smile. Time and effort is spent on always delivering the best quality cleaning and dental work necessary for my six month visits! I have been in the dental field myself for 25 years and I wouldn't go to anyone else. My family comes here as well. I send every one who asks where the best dentist and hygienist is in Charleston and always send them to Dr. Warner and Cynde. She is always upbeat and takes great pride in a job done with perfection.   For me there are two things that I was looking for when I was researching the best dentist in Charleston area: they have to take my insurance and they have to have good reviews, hence people like them and are eager to spend 5 min of their time reviewing them online. East Cooper Dental had very good reviews and I wasn’t disappointed when I tried them. Dr. Warner was accommodating of my schedule and did an amazing job on all my fillings and front teeth. He is a truly compassionate person, which is a rare feature among dentists. The staff was amazing too: the hygienist spent more than an hour for the first time with me; assistants held my hand during teeth extractions; front office staff (Shannon and Carol) made it easy to make/reschedule appointments and handle insurance claims. The prices were very reasonable and the quality of work was beyond expectations. I highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs.

Upon walking through the door, I instantaneously realized that I had nothing to worry about. The office was comfortable and inviting. The staff was professional and courteous. Lane was my dental hygienist today and she was flawless in everything she did and said. She is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. She immediately put me at ease and was able to expertly address all of my concerns. Because of her, I will definitely be back to visit more often.   I have been going to Dr. Warner for over 2 years now. His team is always very welcoming and make sure that their patients feel comfortable and appreciated. They are great at explaining the entire process, including insurance and pricing. If you have some problem areas, they will set up a treatment plan with you. They'll also do pre-treatment estimates with your insurance company to see how much you can expect to see on the bill. Typically I walk in the door and they call me back within 5 minutes. This is the place to go if you need a cleaning or filling on your lunch break.
